活動說明：

由俄國AMVnews舉辦的評選活動，要報名投稿作品，必須在指定的時間內，按照指定格式寄出，規則滿嚴謹

畫質過差或是交錯的影片會被淘汰，在水準的把關上有一定程度

除了作品整體投票，還有細分出20個評選項目，有一些項目會看情況從缺
